MAAX launches its new PURFECT™ and MECHANIX™ shower door series

Montreal, Quebec, Canada, June 21, 2010 – Today, the creation of an interior setting reflects the personality of its owner. PURFECT™: refinement and sturdiness

Constructed with high quality, 10MM tempered glas, the PURFECT shower doors reveal your true nature. Their streamlined and unobtrusive design suits any décor and the quality of their components guarantee their efficiency and durability.

The PURFECT shower doors can be installed with tile, stone, marble or other noble materials. They are offered in a wide range of sizes (32 to 72 inches in width) and can be mounted in an alcove, corner or wall-mounted installation. With a height of 80 inches, their tempered glass is 10MM in thickness. These and other features define their undeniable elegance. Designed and engineered to suit today’s trends, they feature patented hinges that allow for installation variations of up to six inches in some models.

Integrated within the PURFECT series, the PURFECTKURV is a shower door that epitomizes femininity, style and distinction. The quintessence of refinement, its alluring curves inspire and reveal the richness of its materials. And the shower doors are offered in widths of 54 to 72 inches. Be daring, you won’t regret it!

MECHANIX™: a high-tech look

MECHANIX is MAAX Collection’s first shower door with a dual ball bearing roller system that is noise-free and totally frictionless. The three-inch stainless steel wheels glide on a stainless steel rail. The rest of the shower is composed of 10MM tempered glass, the optimal thickness for a luxury shower door. Engineered and built to the most stringent standards of durability and performance, the look is undeniably high-tech, even “industrial” perfect for lofts. What sets MECHANIX apart from other lesser doors, is its technological origins.

Combined with other interior design materials, MECHANIX can create a thoroughly modern and luxurious décor. And MAAX Collection offers you the choice of either a satin stainless steel or a polished chrome finish.
