Brand Project Manager Wholesale Sector

The Brand Marketing Project Manager executes projects and initiatives that support brand and product commercialization objectives. The position requires close collaboration with our R&D, Channel Marketing, Marketing Communications & Sales teams, all of whom share the same growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and stimulate by demonstrating leadership, managerial skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm. The position involves regular communication and giving presentations. Strong communication skills are also required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking (KPI) and reporting as necessary;
  • Support the development of brand and sales strategies as well as the marketing plans across the organization;
  • Manage the brand identity and related positioning and messaging with creative team;
  • Maintain brand integrity across product lines, marketing tools and all other internal & external communication as it pertains to assigned brands and channels;
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, product & channel marketing, R&D and operations to execute specific marketing plans;
  • Prepare commercialization plan for all product initiatives and introduction to Canadian market;
  • Work with channel marketing and sales teams to identify programs to generate incremental sales and/or brand awareness
  • Participate in key sales and marketing presentations & events;
  • Develop and execute creative material in support of the brands and related products.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience;
  • Project management experience is an asset;
  • Experience in the plumbing fixtures, building products, or related industry is an asset;
  • Experience in showroom or wholesale channel marketing or sales is an asset;
  • Smartsheet experience is an asset;
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both French and English – above average English is mandatory.

Cultural fit

  • Minimal travelling should be expected to engage with customers and other members of the Marketing Communications team. Valid passport for traveling is required.
