Facilities Engineer

 

Duties: Responsible for providing input and recommendation to plant manager, plant supervision, contractors, and other site support resources needed to reliably maintain the facilities, processes, and equipment in his/her area of responsibility.  Ensures that all preventive maintenance and repair work of facilities and equipment is completed in a safe work environment, meets all regulatory requirements, and results in minimal operational interruptions. Along with the Production Manager optimizes the application of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance concepts in order to achieve the right maintenance strategy to support customer needs and being accomplished without compromising safety, quality, or compliance.

 

Requirements: The position requires :

(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline, or foreign equivalent.

(ii) minimum 5 years’ experience in maintaining manufacturing facilities, processes, and equipment.

(iii) 2 years’ concurrent experience managing and supervising technicians.

(iv) 4 years’ concurrent experience with Visio, AUTOCAD or similar, SAP Plant Maintenance, MS Project.

(v) 1 year concurrent experience with manufacturing plant equipment trouble shooting.
